Long overdue! (once again....)

It's been a while, once again... Just a few things that I've come across since the last post:

Three of my classmates moved in together recently, and they threw a housewarming party. They prepared all this food for us, it was AMAZING!

They knew I love eating fruits, so they bought a whole lot of fruits and made a cute fruit center-piece.

This is a JjajangBop (rice w/ black bean sauce) This was delish! It was made with brown rice instead of white rice, I love love love brown rice so it was a bonus for me =)

It had a fried egg, cucumber slices and edamame on top, inside the sauce was carrots, mushrooms, onions and a whole bunch of other veggies! Sans meat because they spent most of the money on the fruit for me XP haha... it was super delish still!

One of my favourites, DdeokBokki (spicy rice cakes)!!!! This was BEYOND amazing!! It had just the right amount of spice! =) my favs.♥♥
This here is kind of like a Haemool Pajeon (seafood pancake) but it was made with rice flour instead of regular flour, I think they called it Jijjimi...? Super super amazing, the sauce was just right and they cooked the seafood just enough so it wasn't too tough! How they do it, I have no idea XP

This was just a little pickled side-dish they made to go with the rice... it was too salty for my taste but still really good!

The view of Robson St. from their apartment =D

My classmates are Korean if you haven't already noticed and they're freakin' amazing at making foods from their country! I had an amazing time and of course, an amazing meal! I was stuffed at the end of they day!

More random stuff:

View of the Burrard Inlet from one of my other classmate's apartment. She has one of the most amazing views!

A sunny November day; I was in my mothers car, crossing the Cambie St. Bridge, saw the amazing blue sky with all the boats sailing the blue water and knew I had to snap a quick photo. I swear I take pictures everytime it's sunny and if/when I'm crossing a freakin' bridge... (refer to the next photo)

See what I meant? Haha... This picture was actually taken on the same day as the one above. I saw an airplane getting ready for landing, it was actually a lot bigger and closer in real life, this was while my mother and I were crossing the Arthur Lang Bridge, on our way to Richmond.

Well folks, I think that's all for now, I just might start posting more often with recipes and stuff... but not too sure yet. We will have to see.. Thanks for reading!

PS: all these pictures were taken with my phone, so the quality isn't the most amazing....
